COVID-19 Procedures

As Washington State enters PHASE 2, our office is open to in-house meetings by appointment. However, in accordance with Governor Inslee's mandate, all guests will be required to follow the safety protocol outlined below. We will also continue to offer meetings by phone and via Webex.

Plan Ahead

Schedule your appointment ahead of time via phone or email. We will be spacing appointments so that our team has enough time to sanitize the office for your visit and so as to limit the office's exposure.

Pre-screening

When entering the office, we now require all visitors and employees to sanitize their hands, answer a series of re-screening questions, and have their temperature recorded with an infrared, no-touch thermometer.

Social Distancing

Cloth masks are required at all times while in the office. If you do not have a mask, we will provide you with a disposable one to use during your visit. We also require individuals to maintain a distance of 6 feet from others.
